Full Flower Moon Sound Bath

Something has been in motion since November. When the New Moon rose in Scorpio on November 20th, it opened a six-month cycle of deep transformation — an invitation to descend, to face what was hidden, and to plant intentions to sit dormant through winter.

Now, on the eve of May's Flower Moon, that cycle comes full. The moon rises full in Scorpio, and what was seeded in the depths of autumn is ready to surface. This is a time of culmination — emotions rise, truths become visible, and what has been quietly growing finally breaks into light. The Flower Moon asks us to tend what we've planted, release what the cycle has stirred, and allow ourselves to bloom. In this sound bath, we'll use the resonance of crystal bowls and tonal vibration to support your nervous system in letting go and opening — meeting this potent lunar moment with stillness, sound, and presence. Come as you are. Lie down. Let the sound do what words cannot.

Your sound bath experience is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.

Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
