Come along for our Full Flower Moon Circle, to help let go of blocks that stop you reaching your full potential, and fully bloom into your best self! We will begin with some Chiball, which is a lovely exercise modality combining yoga, T'ai Chi, Qi Gong and Pilates. We will then have a group meditation and reiki session, to help focus on releasing blocks where we are stuck and allowing our energy to flow. We will end with a chance to journal, have herbal tea and refreshments and integrate the experience. Everyone will receive a crystal to help focus their intentions also. No experience necessary, you are very welcome along, even if you have never tried anything before. All you need to bring is yourself and dress comfortably, you may want to bring your own blanket for extra comfort.
