Reiki healing energy is warm and comforting. It works with the body to release stress that may present as physical, psychological or emotional unease. This workshop will teach you the full body application technique and learning Reiki is a wonderful way to give yourself an energetic healing plus those special people and animals in your life. Reiki 1st Degree is for those beginning their Reiki education and is for everyone interested in learning the ancient art of Reiki.
Reiki will assist in expanding your spiritual development and heighten your intuitive abilities while bringing a calmness to the mind. It is also possible to address issues such as anxiety, depression, pain and stress with Reiki energy healing. This class will also explain how to apply Reiki to foods, plants, animals, yourself and Mother Earth.
Lisa received her Reiki 1st Degree Attunement in December 2019, and had this to say about the workshop:
“I attended and completed Reiki Level I - Workshop & Attunement with Shaylene in December 2019. The course was well run, and the participants were lovely. It was a supportive and safe environment. We had a lot of fun and some good thought-provoking conversation. Shaylene was an excellent facilitator with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The catering was delicious.”
