Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to guide you into states of altered consciousness & deep transformation.
When worked in this way, your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. This is an active session where you are invited to tap into the deepest layers of yourself and to feel, move and express all that arises in a held safe space where all of you as welcome.
This provides you an opportunity to uncover patterns that have you stuck, receive powerful insights, release emotions, move energy and tap into your own inner wisdom, truth & healing.
As a full day immersion this workshop allows more spaciousness to dive deeply into the practice and fully experience the power of this modality. You can expect a high facilitator to breather ratio, longer breathwork journeys and a unique opportunity to support another while they breathe.
A guided meditation drum journey, live instruments and a unique artwork process all further enhance your journey and integration of the experience.
Absolutely no experience is necessary, you will be taught the simple and profound breathing technique. On the day, wear loose comfortable clothing you can move in, something you would wear to a yoga class would be perfect. Please bring a water bottle, journal and an eye mask/something you can tie around your eyes. Most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are, I look forward to welcoming all parts of you.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Jane Anthony
Jane is passionate about facilitating others to (re)discover their own inner guide & healer. Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation.
Jane utilizes her background in psychology and teaching as a trauma informed Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. Breathwork is her passion with over 700+ hours of formal training she is also a qualified Rebirthing Yin Breathwork Facilitator and a Wild Love Advanced Breathwork Practitioner as well as being an Accredited Practitioner with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
Jane is also a Trauma Therapist, Astrologer, Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Shamanic Minister, Advanced Theta Healer and Detox & Cellular Regeneration Practitioner.
Each of these practices focus on awakening your own inner shaman and healer at all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. It is Jane’s greatest joy to serve as a guide back to your own inner knowing.
