In the morning of this camp, students will create and amazing movie with stop motion animation using LEGO® bricks! After brainstorming and creating storyboards, students will work in teams to build a world and produce their very own movie complete with credits and sound effects. Movies are uploaded to a secure site for family and friends to see how cool they are! After lunch students will shift their focus to build machinery-focused robotics using LEGO® Spike Prime, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building spectacular vehicles with their classmates! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your students will be taught how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with creative building challenges.
