Aquarius Qualities
Aquarius invites innovation and authenticity. This is a time for self-liberation and recognition of progress. During this time we should focus on building and supporting the community, inviting a fresh perspective on collective improvement. This air sign is ruled by the planet Uranus, which is a fixed sign. Not very moveable and stubborn, but this reminds us to invite that freshness I mentioned earlier. Aquarius rules the legs, specifically the ankles, shins, calves. Let's show our legs some love!

Information on the Buck Moon
This is the time of year where male deer regrow their antlers, hence the name “Buck” moon. They shed the roughness and grow into a new velvety beginning. Other names for this moon are the Salmon Moon (when fish migrate up Pacific Northwest rivers), or the Raspberry Moon. European historical names include the Hay Moon and Mead Moon. All these have one thing in common: movement. Whether that's moving upstream, growing new antlers, or producing fruit, we are moving towards the time of year in which we harvest the fruits of our labor in the Fall. We must continue to nourish ourselves, so that we grow the best antlers around!

Classes include 45 min of Asana (posture) practice, 15 min Breathing (Pranayama) & Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. Registration fee is $25 per person
