This is a full-body strength workout, but it’s more than just sweating through exercises. Marcela will coach you through proper movement, show you how to structure your own workouts, and teach you how to create a simple, effective training plan you can use on your own. You’ll also receive mindset guidance and practical tips to help you stay disciplined, motivated, and consistent beyond the gym.
