In this workshop for couples and individual women*, we’ll loosen up about intimacy and learn to communicate about pleasure. You’ll be introduced to concepts of expanded orgasm, learn a tantric technique to achieve pleasure in your whole body, and practice partnered breathing - using intention & energy! (No prior Tantra experience required.)

What to Expect: You’ll get an introduction to Tantric concepts & techniques for expanding pleasure including communication, intention, visualization, breathing styles and how to work with sexual energy. There will be opportunities to share in dyads and with the group, as well as time to ask questions of your Tantra Coach.

*Women who register to participate will be partnered with other women for communication and breathing exercises. If you’re not comfortable partnering with someone new, please register with a friend!

What to Bring/Wear: a water bottle and a pen, and comfortable clothing. If you have your own meditation cushion, feel free to bring it! (We will be sitting on the floor. Chairs can be provided if needed.)
