🔥 Hot Full Body Yin – A 3-Hour Immersive Experience
Step into a softly candle-lit, heated sanctuary and surrender to the deep, meditative practice of Full Body Yin. This extended 3-hour journey is designed to gently open the body, quiet the mind, and restore the nervous system through long, supported holds in a warm room that encourages profound release.
What Is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow, grounding practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body—fascia, ligaments, joints, and hips—rather than the muscles alone. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to soften gradually and the mind to turn inward.
Unlike dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites stillness. It’s a practice of patience, presence, and subtle sensation.
Why Add Heat?
Practiced in a warm room (approximately 29–35°C), the added heat:
Encourages muscles and connective tissues to soften more readily
Supports deeper, safer access into poses
Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
Promotes detoxification through gentle perspiration
Deepens relaxation and meditative awareness
Helps the body release stored tension and stress
The warmth creates a cocoon-like atmosphere—especially paired with candlelight—inviting you to settle deeply into yourself.
Especially Restorative in the Warmer Months
Summer moves quickly. Longer days, fuller calendars, and constant activity mean the body rarely gets the chance to truly switch off. Even when the warmth leaves us feeling looser, we carry the buzz of busy days in our shoulders, hips, and jaw — often without realising it.
Practicing Yin in a heated room during summer:
Invites deep stillness in the middle of a busy, active season
Encourages muscles to soften and release more fully in the warmth
Supports healthy circulation and a gentle, grounding sense of release
Calms an overstimulated nervous system after long, full days
Leaves you with a lasting summer glow — relaxed, open, and renewed
The heat allows the body to let go with ease, offering both physical release and emotional calm. It's a chance to slow down, soften, and truly restore — even at the height of summer.
What to Expect During the Session
A grounding arrival and breath practice to transition into the space
Long, supported holds (3–8 minutes) using props for comfort and stability
Focus on hips, spine, shoulders, and full-body fascia lines
Minimal transitions to preserve a meditative rhythm
Guided stillness with spacious silence
A long, restorative savasana to integrate the practice
You may experience sensations of stretching, warmth, subtle shaking, emotional release, or deep calm. All are welcome. Yin teaches us to observe rather than react.
Hydration is encouraged, and resting whenever needed is always supported.
Benefits of a 3-Hour Extended Yin Practice
Increased joint mobility and flexibility
Improved circulation and tissue hydration
Nervous system regulation (parasympathetic activation)
Reduced stress and anxiety
Enhanced body awareness and mindfulness
Emotional processing and energetic release
Profound rest—similar to a “reset” for the whole system
The longer format allows layers of tension to unravel gradually, offering a depth not often reached in shorter classes.
What You May Feel Afterward
After the session, participants often report:
A sense of lightness and spaciousness in the body
Deep relaxation or “floaty” calm
Improved sleep
Emotional clarity or release
Heightened hydration needs
Gentle soreness similar to deep tissue work
It’s recommended to hydrate well, eat nourishing food, and allow space for integration. Moving slowly and avoiding intense activity immediately afterward supports the benefits of the practice.
This Workshop Is For You If:
You crave deep rest and nervous system reset
You want to increase mobility safely
You enjoy slow, meditative practices
You’re seeking stress relief in a nurturing environment
You’re curious about exploring stillness in warmth
Come ready to soften, breathe, and receive.
