Full body banded workout with a creche for your kids!

A women only targeted 45-minute class specifically designed for sculpting those stubborn areas women aim to tone. Using resistance bands in innovative ways, this class is tailored to make you feel the burn in your glutes and abs while simultaneously breaking a sweat and burning fat. Get ready to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals with Band & Burn!

All Women are welcome to this class, even if you do not have a baby or even if you are pregnant, you will be safe in class as Hilary is also Antenatal Qualified.

You may bring your own resistance bands and mat if you wish but they will also be provided.

The Creche

All children welcome from any age! Workout stress free knowing that our fully qualified and licensed child minders will be entertaining, playing and showing them 45mins of fun! There will be equipment/toys/actives available for all ages! The creche will be in a separate secure room supervised at all times and a strict reception entry policy which gives calm when it comes to safety.

Please come at least 15mins before the class start time to settle in your little one. there will be a 30mins window we will have before the class so Mummas can use if there feel they need that time to settle in their children. You can bring more than one child at an extra cost, please email/message us if you would like to bring more than one child.
