This is our second Ancestral Healing Ceremony during this sacred Samhain time. We will connect with our lineages, honor the strength of our ancestors, and make steps toward healing transgenerational trauma.
Healing ancestral trauma is a vital part of reclaiming our authentic selves and breaking free from cycles of pain and suffering. When we heal the wounds of our ancestors, we not only bring peace to them but also pave the way for us and future generations to live with more freedom and joy.
The whole group will be creating a shared altar to honor our ancestors so if you feel called, bring objects, photographs, or anything that feels appropriate to display at the altar for the event. Also we invite you to bring a dish to share, possibly one that was loved by your ancestor. We will close the day with a sound bath to support the integration process.

This is an experiential workshop and a deep soul process.
The event, ceremony, and Family Constellations will be facilitated by Zuzana Stehlikova. We will open up with grounding, intention setting and dropping into the heart space Sacred Cacao Ceremony led by Cici Galeas.
No prior experience is necessary and all that you need to bring is an open heart and mind.
Family Constellations is a group healing method that reveals underlying family dynamics, relationships and entanglements and offers us healing on a deep soul level. It opens up participants to often surprising insights related to personal traumas and destructive family patterns with ancestral roots. Whether we realize it or not, many of us carry the trauma of our ancestors and this method offers insights and healing. It helps us to understand the roots of our limitations and painful life situations, so we can step into who we really are, who we came here to BE.

We will close the event with some connection time and snacks.
