Join us to discover how to optimize your nutrition to achieve peak running performance. Endeavor Health Clinical Dietitian Erin McCambridge, RD will dive into race-day nutrition and how to properly fuel for your long training runs to power through every mile and reach your race goals.
This class is being offered in partnership with the C.W. Avery Family YMCA and will be held in-person at the DNA Active Lifestyle Outfitters Running Store, 24210 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield. All attendees are invited to join DNA for their community run before the presentation. If you would like to participate, meet at DNA at 6:30—all paces and distances are welcome.
