Nurture yourself, connect with like-minded women, and transform through a workshop designed intentionally around igniting the fire within and building skills to achieve your dreams. Learn how to embrace the power of a unified, positive group of ladies, as you encourage each other while celebrating successes together.

Reconnect with yourself as you embark on a journey with horses, yoga, and meaningful discussions - diving into your own self discovery, fun, and laugther. Learn the secrets of a species that has survived 55 million years - their ancient wisdom and majestic presence offer much to glean, revealing much about ourselves if we choose to listen. Be challenged through arena obstacles with our equine partners!

Workshop includes various morning and afternoon facilitated exercises with our equine partners, Boxed Lunch and Group Discussion, afternoon breath work and yoga session, take home gift and photos from the workshop.
