You can also participate in a live cooking demonstration and go home with your own prepared food. At this event, you will:

• Learn information from a clinical dietician
• Hear from community members about how nutrition has impacted their health
• Participate in a cooking demonstration and take your dish home
• Meet with local vendors providing resources on nutrition and food availability

The first 40 registrants will receive $25 dollars worth of Health Bucks that can be used at The Campaign Against Hunger's Fresh Vibes Food E-Market which will be present at the event!
