The Flute Society of St. Louis Flute Choir is kicking off its 2026–2027 season with a free, relaxed reading session for returning members, prospective members, and anyone curious about playing in a flute choir!
Fresh after our performance at the 2026 National Flute Association Convention in Portland, Oregon, we’re excited to begin a new season and welcome more flutists into our musical community.

Advanced high school students, college students, adult players, teachers, and community musicians are all welcome. Whether you play regularly or feel a little rusty, this is a fun, low-pressure opportunity to:
🎵 Sight-read engaging flute choir music
🎵 Explore repertoire from piccolo to bass flute
🎵 Meet current members and learn about the upcoming season
🎵 Reconnect with the flute community
🎵 Enjoy ice cream and time to mingle afterward!
There is no audition, commitment, or cost required to attend.
Please bring your flute and a music stand. Piccolos, alto flutes, and bass flutes are welcome too!
