FSD ACADEMY FOOTBALL TRIALS

• Open to all abilities – boys and girls are encouraged to participate.
• A fun, inclusive environment to showcase skills, meet the coaching staff, and learn more about the college football program.

1. Registration: Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in.
2. Warm-Up: Group warm-up led by coaches.
3. Drills & Skills: Passing, dribbling, shooting, and teamwork exercises.
4. Mini Matches: Friendly games to assess gameplay and collaboration.

• Comfortable sportswear (shorts, t-shirt, etc.).
• Football boots and shin pads.
• A filled water bottle.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm!

Note: No prior experience necessary – this is about participation and enjoyment!
