Silver Package
Includes (1) one Adult Dinner Ticket and 40 $1 raffle tickets @
$65.00/person
Gold Package
Includes (1) one Adult Dinner Ticket and 100 $1 raffle tickets @ $105.00/person
Children (under 12)
Includes (1) one Dinner Ticket @ $30.00/child
Tickets purchased at the door (If available) will be $65.00/person with no raffle tickets.
Payment by check made payable to Fox River Valley Chapter of Muskies, Inc., or on-line at our website by clicking on “Events” and using your credit card.

This event usually sells out, so there will be assigned seating in 2026. Tables will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. To reserve a full table, payment must be received in full No Later than February 22nd, 2026. Please list the names of your party on the back of this form along with the ticket package selected. If you have a group, but not a full table, please list the attendees on the back. We will attempt to seat your group together. If payment is not received by February 22nd, 2026, the seats will not be held.
