Frustrated by Fluke?

Many people dose for liver fluke earlier than they need to, because it can be difficult to get speedy and reliable fluke test results.

Come along to this on-farm meeting with Sarah Harker from Farm Gate vets to learn how the new on-farm test can give you instant results at the pen side.

This is a "lateral flow" type test that can be carried out by the farmer with no vet present, helping you to improve livestock health and save money by targeting treatments effectively.

We will also be making a short "how-to" film for our YouTube channel for those who can't make the meeting. Farmers within the Lake District may also be eligible for free testing packs as part of our FiPL-funded project.

Tea and coffe will be provided after the meeting, so please call or email to book your place and let us know of any dietary requirements. Due to limitied avalability, we ask that only only 2 people per farm business book onto this event.
