Join Rory Harding from George Street Orchard for an engaging, hands-on Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop hosted by Taieri Edible Garden Network & Taieri Network. Learn how to care for your fruit trees with a modern, thoughtful approach that works with the natural tendencies of each species.
Rory will give practical demonstrations focusing on branch training (using string and spacers), minimal pruning on young trees, and the art of thinning cuts to balance fruiting and new growth. His method respects the individuality of each tree, helping you nurture productive and healthy orchards at home.
