Join us at the Dean Lee Research Station and Rapides Parish Extension Office for an educational program on fruit tree care. Participants will learn proper pruning techniques, planting and installation practices, irrigation management, and fertility recommendations for home orchards. We will also demonstrate blackberry planting using the V-trellis training system.
Please wear appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes, as a large portion of the program will be held outdoors in the demo orchard.
