Frugal Foodies East Bay--Culinary Colors: All Things Orange

This is a new theme at Frugal Foodies where we dedicate one night each month to a particular color. In February, we’ll be creating 3-5 orange colored dishes, as suggested by my friend, Bethany. Think winter squash, citrus, marigolds, peppers and more! This will be entirely new for me, but I remember making a butternut squash-tahini dip years ago which may find its way onto the menu. In any case, this night is sure to be vibrant, sassy, fun, and ORANGE!
