Let's try this again as we didn't have enough registrants in June...As a movie theater operator, I learned about the Forks Over Knives movie years ago. The related cookbook boasts “over 300 recipes for plant-based eating all through the year”, and it’s chockful of salads, grains, pastas, beans, casseroles, and desserts, all vegan. Come explore a new cookbook and enjoy its bounty!
