Frosty Fest 2026 - Team Fitness Competition - Hamden CT

Join us at Elm City Fitness for a day of fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Gather your squad and get ready to sweat it out in a series of challenging workouts designed to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork. Teams of two will battle it out in three divisions. Team pairs this year will be same sex and we have an open, scaled and masters division (combined age 80+).

Registered teams will receive our traditional comp hoodies! Plus all athletes coming from outside the ECF fam will receive a complimentary 5 class pass per person - can be used for drop ins on any scheduled class!

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Frosty Fest is the perfect opportunity to push yourself, bond with your teammates, and have a blast while doing it.
