Front of House Excellence is a premium, in-person training day designed specifically for dental reception and front-of-house teams.

The front desk sets the tone for the entire practice. From the first phone call to the final farewell, this course focuses on building confidence, clear communication, and calm professionalism – even on the busiest, most challenging days.

This practical, hands-on day will support attendees to:
