About this Event

GENEDGE and Virginia Western Community College will host the first annual Front Line to Production Line Manufacturer Expo. This is a day selected in honoring and serving Virginia's veterans while connecting them directly with the region's manufacturers.

• Who: Presented by Virginia Western Community College and GENEDGE — honoring Virginia veterans, and open to everyone.
• What: A veterans honor ceremony in the morning and a manufacturer expo and job fair in the afternoon, showcasing careers, live demonstrations, and pathways to industry-recognized credentials.
• When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026 — honor ceremony 10 a.m.–noon; expo and job fair 1–4 p.m.; lunch available.
• Where: Virginia Western Community College, Roanoke, Virginia.
• Why: To honor those who served, connect veterans and job seekers with employers hiring now, and launch a new manufacturer-credentialing partnership between Virginia Western and GENEDGE.
