There are just four spaces in this session and together we will master your swimming stroke by understanding how to work with the water.
This session is one of a kind, so much more than simply learning techniques. Together I will show you how you can easily master your stroke, breathe with ease, and move freely through water with confidence, and by understanding how water works to develop a flowing stroke, so you’ll glide through the water with ease.
I’ll show you how to enhance and streamline your stroke, by breathing effortlessly and show you how to swim smoothly, so your stroke is so much more enjoyable!
You’ll feel the joy - streamlining by gliding between each stroke, enabling you to swim smoothly and with minimum effort.
This workshop is tailored to those who are competent swimmers would love to master this lovely swimming stroke and be at ease in the water.
Join me on Sunday 3rd May at 12pm - 1:15pm and together we will:
Master your stroke so you can swim more efficiently - develop a better stroke with less effort!
Integrated Breathing - Understand how to integrate your breath slowly will maximise your front crawl stroke.
Master your body position - I’ll show you how to make the most of your timing, core and body position to keep you stable in the water and develop a faster, leaner, smoother and sleeker stroke.
All sessions take place in a gorgeous private pool for your convenience and privacy. Your fears and dreams are listened to, and you'll be coached to become the best you can be.
