From Whispers to Voices: Talking Menopause (Morning Slot)

Menopause in South Asian communities is often generalised, with limited insight into the cultural nuances and lived experiences that exist. To bridge this gap, M for Menopause, with the support of the Menopause Research and Education Fund and Better, has carefully designed two half-day workshops on 29th October 2025 for South Asian communities across London.

Led by Madhu Kapoor (Women's Health Advocate) the workshops will:

• Share objective, evidence-based information from trusted medical professionals
• Provide a safe, inclusive space to discuss barriers in accessing support (medically, at home, and in the workplace)
• Create opportunities to share stories, highlighting both similarities and differences across South Asian communities in approaches to women’s health
