About this Event
How can art move us from reflection to action in the face of the climate crisis?
From Vision to Action: Artists at the Forefront of Climate Conversations brings together Bronx-based artists Maya Ciarrocchi and Natalie Collette Wood for a dynamic and intimate salon exploring how creative practice inspires climate resilience, cultural memory, and community transformation.
This conversation is presented in partnership with the Bronx Council on the Arts and is part of the 2025 Creative Climate Awards: Inspiring Futures, an initiative of the Human Impacts Institute.
Set at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), the event invites attendees to reflect on the connections between art, environmental justice, and the future we can co-create together.
What to Expect:
- Insightful conversation with two interdisciplinary artists
- Discussion of current exhibitions and works on climate and ancestral wisdom
- Opportunities for audience Q&A and community dialogue
- Light refreshments and a welcoming space for reflection and exchange
