In honor of Florida stone crab season, we invite you to an intimate, hands-on masterclass celebrating one of our coast’s most treasured delicacies!
Guests will learn the proper technique behind expertly breaking fresh Florida stone crab claws, harvested sustainably during their limited October through May season, alongside the art of shucking pristine oysters with confidence and precision.
Our culinary team will guide the experience, while thoughtfully selected wines are poured to highlight the natural sweetness of the crab and the briny minerality of the oysters. Each pairing is designed to create a seamless dialogue between ocean and vineyard.
