A Week-Long Community Art Exhibition

From These Grounds is a collective art exhibition celebrating the people, history, culture, and creative spirit that emerge from the communities we call home. Featuring original works by multiple artists, the exhibition explores themes of heritage, resilience, identity, belonging, and transformation through painting, photography, mixed media, sculpture, illustration, and other visual art forms.
Presented alongside Block in Bloom, this exhibition serves as a visual love letter to Ensley, a community whose stories continue to inspire generations of artists, entrepreneurs, families, and neighbors. Together, these works invite visitors to reflect on the places that shape us and the communities that continue to bloom through creativity and connection.
Unlike a traditional one-day exhibition, From These Grounds will be open to the public across three unique events throughout the week, giving guests multiple opportunities to experience the artwork in different atmospheres.
Exhibition Schedule:
QUEUE: A Music Lounge Sunday, July 12 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Experience the exhibition alongside an intimate evening of curated music and community. Admission requires a QUEUE event ticket, (Purchase Ticket Here).
Block in Bloom Community Block Party Saturday, July 18 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Celebrate the heart, history, and future of Ensley while enjoying the exhibition during this free, family-friendly community event. Admission is free and open to the public (Reserve free ticket here).
Artist Closing Reception (Free) Sunday, July 19 | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Meet participating artists, learn about their work, and enjoy an evening of conversation before High Tea. This reception is free and open to all (No Ticket or reservation require).
High Tea Sunday, July 19 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Conclude exhibition week with High Tea, an intimate evening celebrating art, culture, and creative fellowship. Admission requires a High Tea ticket, (Purchase Ticket Here).
