Your instructor, Christel Banashek, is the owner of Josephine’s Kitchen, a Winchester-based catering business specializing in international cuisine with a focus on authentic Polish dishes.In this class, you’ll learn to make two popular, delicious dishes along with freshly baked garlic naan to complete the meal. Using a mix of demonstration and hands-on participation, you’ll discover techniques and flavors that will transport your taste buds straight to India.
