About the Team:
Jen Nale has spent the last decade cooking in Portland where she worked under some of the top talent in the area at Central Provisions, the former Drifters Wife, and Magnus on Water. In 2021 she started butter + kale where she focuses on curating small, bespoke events, at the heart of which are local, sustainable ingredients from Maine farmers.
Jonathan Eichholz MS is an internationally award-winning sommelier who has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants Aquavit and The Modern. In 2023, Jonathan achieved the rank of Master Sommelier. In 2019, Jonathan won the Best Young Sommelier in America competition and went on to place 2nd in the Best Young Sommelier in the World. He is an Educator for Guildsomm, a membership organization of 10k sommeliers around the world.
