Join us for a truly unique 60-minute experience From Tension to Calm: A Mind & Body Reconnection, a collaborative physio and wellbeing class designed to help you slow down, release physical and emotional tension and restore balance between your mind and body.

This is not a typical fitness class or therapy session. It is a carefully crafted, holistic experience that combines the expertise of a Senior Spine Specialist Physiotherapist and a qualified Counsellor and Wellbeing Practitioner bringing together movement, body awareness and emotional wellbeing in one safe, supportive and nurturing space.

Physio-Led Movement Led by Urvisha Lunagariya MSc, BSc Hons, MCSP
Gentle neck, shoulder and spinal mobility exercises clinically designed to release tension, improve posture, reduce stress-related muscle tightness and help your body feel safe, supported and more relaxed. Every movement has been carefully chosen to address exactly where stress and emotions physically show up in the body.

Wellbeing & Mind-Body Practices Led by Reena Shah, MBS Counselling & Wellbeing
A guided journey through understanding your emotions, physical sensations, energy levels and thoughts through mindful body awareness and reflective journalling. Followed by a grounding and relaxation practice to calm and regulate your nervous system leaving you feeling restored, reconnected and at ease.

Urvisha Lunagariya MSc, BSc Hons, MCSP
Senior Spine Specialist Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience and founder of Pain Brain Recovery. Urvisha specialises in spine health, chronic pain and the mind-body connection helping people understand and overcome pain through movement and neuroscience education.
