About Facilitator:
Egle Contreras, founder of Breath of Serenity. Thrown into a roller-coaster of emotions while pregnant with quadruplets, Egle discovered the grounding and calming magic of being in the moment, immediate effects of meditation and healing powers of connecting to others that later led her to discover the benefits of various Breathwork techniques. Since 2015 she has been sharing her experience with community facilitating meditation and breath-work workshops, women empowerment circles, mother-daughter relationship healing retreats.
Joyfully juggling her role as a Human Resources professional, where she is combining business’ strive for efficiency, creativity and employee engagement with human need for deeper connection, stress management and self-awareness skills and her role as a mom raising 5 kids, Egle is inspiring others during her workshops to discover their true potential , their passion and uncover the beauty of life.
