This special immersive experience is your intentional rite of passage. Guided by the profound, whole-body vibrations of Peter Hess® sound bowls and Nicole with Spiritual Guidance & Healing with Nicole, we will create a sacred container to clear, honor, and step into our power. 

1. THE CLEARING: Specific sound frequencies used to dissolve mental clutter, emotional residue, and limiting stories from the past year. Let the bowls do the work of shaking loose what you're ready to leave behind.

2. HONORING THE THRESHOLD: Guided meditation in the neutral, potent space of "the between." This is where conscious creation begins by tapping into the subconscious. 

3. STEPPING INTO POWER: From that cleared space, you'll be guided to anchor into your inner strength, your "core." Through targeted sound and intention, you'll amplify feelings of confidence, purpose, and sovereignty. 

Walk away grounded, clear, and energetically aligned with the person you are choosing to become. Set your year's trajectory not from habit, but from power.

Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if called to do so - supplies are available but limited. Bring what you would like to allow yourself the comfort and ability to relax.
