From research to practice: TRANSCULTURAL COMPETENCE IN ACTION
About this Event
Transcultural competence cannot remain merely theoretical. Cultural diversity within teams and markets is no longer the exception but the norm, and managing it has a direct impact on business.
On 18 September in Bilbao, the results of a European project spanning more than two years will be presented:
How to translate this competence into practical tools and methodologies for organisations operating in international and culturally diverse environments.
The ELEVATE Final Conference brings together three years of European research, transformed into ready-to-use tools:
- An analysis of where organisations are currently falling short in terms of cross-cultural competence.
- Discover the SAT (Self-Assessment Tool): learn how to self-assess your organisation’s level of cross-cultural competence and identify exactly where action is needed.
- A ready-made roadmap: a structured learning programme (Learning Pathway) to develop this competence step by step.
- A chatbot to provide support throughout the training process, whenever you need it.
- A guide to implementation: take away the handbook containing everything trainers and L&D managers need to get started.
- Discover the first success stories and pilot projects with real companies.
Join us at this gathering of researchers, HR professionals, trainers, companies and talent consultants to explore together how to put transcultural competence into practice within each organisation.
