From the Highlands to Newcastle, Edinburgh, Arizona and beyond, the Fellowship explored innovative approaches to recruiting and retaining volunteers, developing supported volunteering opportunities, creating meaningful progression pathways and using outdoor, land-based and animal-centred activities to build confidence, skills and wellbeing.
