From Pot to Plate: A Central Louisiana Food Culture Festival
Join us for What We Eat CENLA: From Pot to Plate, a special celebration of the foods, stories, people, and traditions that make Central Louisiana unique.
Families will explore Louisiana food culture through hands-on activities, live demonstrations, tastings, storytelling, and special guests. From the ingredients we grow to the recipes passed down through generations, we’ll discover how what we eat can tell the story of where we live and the people who call CENLA home.
More activities, guests, and delicious details will be announced as we get closer to the event!
