Giovanni will guide us through three of his family’s signature wines — Roero Arneis, Roero Nebbiolo, and the floral ‘Anthos’ dry Brachetto — while the Wedgewood kitchen serves a Southern-inspired spin on classic Italian aperitivo dishes.
