FROM PAIN TO POWER - A Women’s Circle for Healing
About this Event
A Women’s Circle for Healing, Connection & Transformation
What if the experiences that have challenged you the most could become part of what makes you powerful?
From Pain to Power is an intimate women’s circle created to explore the alchemy of transforming the experiences that have shaped us into deeper self-trust, wisdom, strength, and purpose.
We all carry stories. Heartbreak. Loss. Rejection. Change. Moments that broke us open or changed the direction of our lives.
This evening isn't about pretending those experiences didn't hurt or forcing ourselves to find the “positive” in everything we've been through.
It's about honoring what we've lived through, and recognizing who we've become because we chose to keep going.
Together, we'll slow down, connect, reflect, release what we're ready to leave behind, and reconnect with the power that's always been within us.
Through ceremonial cacao, meaningful conversation, guided connection experiences, journaling and reflection, you'll have the opportunity to explore your own journey while being witnessed and supported in community with other women.
We'll close the evening with a deeply restorative guided meditation + sound healing journey, allowing everything we've explored to move beyond the mind and integrate through the body.
THE EXPERIENCE
♡ Ceremonial cacao + opening circle
♡ Meaningful connection with other women
♡ Guided individual + partner reflection experiences
♡ Journaling + intention setting
♡ Exploring the shift from pain → wisdom → power
♡ Guided meditation
♡ Immersive sound healing journey
♡ Space to rest, receive + integrate
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to have completely healed from what you've been through.
Come as you are and bring the chapters that have shaped you, the parts of yourself you're ready to reclaim, and the woman you're becoming.
Your pain is part of your story. It doesn't have to be the end of it.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and anything you'd like to make yourself comfortable during the sound healing portion of the evening: a blanket, pillow, cozy socks, or eye mask.
You will be lying down and receiving during the sound bath, so come comfortable and ready to soften.
What to Wear: We invite you to wear white or red to honor the energy and intention of the evening.

About Your Facilitators:
Olga — Founder of Balance You Seek Healing Studio
@balanceyouseek @BYSS.MIA
Olga is the founder of Balance You Seek Healing Studio, a sanctuary created to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom that already lives within.
With over a decade devoted to her own healing and spiritual journey, Olga weaves together sound healing, Angelic Reiki, subconscious reprogramming, guided meditation, and somatic practices to create deeply intentional experiences that support healing on the energetic, emotional, subconscious, and physical levels.
She is a Certified PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Certified Angelic Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner, having guided over 150 transformational sound bath experiences for groups and individuals.
Before dedicating herself fully to the healing arts, Olga spent over 15 years as an Art Director in advertising. Today, she blends that creativity with intuition, designing each experience as a unique journey inspired by the energy of the group, the astrology of the moment, and the guidance she receives through her spiritual practice.
Her intention is simple: to create a space where people feel safe to exhale, reconnect with their intuition and their guides, and come home to themselves.
