From Overthinking to Embodied Knowing is a 75-minute guided intuitive writing workshop designed to help you gently move from thinking and feeling into your intuitive knowing.

Held in the warm space of the Bloomington Salt Cave, the Intuitive Writing Workshop in Bloomington blends structured guidance with subtle energetic integration to help you:

• Clear mental clutter
• Honor your whole heart
• Reconnect with your deeper inner guidance
• Feel clearer and more trusting of your whole self

This is not therapy or coaching.

This is a guided process to invite intuitive insight.

We will not be sharing what we write.

Instead, you will be invited to share what the process is like for you in a welcoming space.

You don’t need to identify as “psychic” or spiritual. You simply need curiosity and a willingness to listen and reflect inward.

Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the space.

About the facilitator: Heather Schwartz is the founder of Heart & Soul Alchemy, an Intuitive energy reader (and former mindfulness psychologist) who has trained in intuitive and energy-based practices for over 13 years.
