We are thrilled to be collaborating with Fish For Tomorrow on our next dining experience. Clear an evening on the 20th or 21st of November and get on the friends' chat pronto because this will sell out.
Fish For Tomorrow aims to create a culture of sustainable fishing and seafood consumption in Malta and Gozo. They raise local consumer, restaurateur and retailer awareness on the importance of acquiring seafood from sustainable sources. With our Executive Chef David Giacomelli leading the charge, we shall assemble a feast of sustainable and seasonal fish which we shall share with all who join us at the banquet table in the great hall.
