Join Dr. Pipsmy “Pip” Phimmachack, EdD — Mental Performance Coach, LAPC, and CMPC candidate — for a powerful, interactive workshop focused on using self-talk to improve performance, confidence, and emotional regulation.
This workshop is designed for athletes, performers, students, and anyone who wants to understand their mental patterns and learn practical tools to perform at their personal best.
Together, we will explore:

✨ How to reframe unhelpful thoughts
✨ How to channel nerves into productive energy
✨ The “Don’t Think About Elephants” cognitive principle
✨ Guided activities and take-home worksheets
✨ Practical strategies you can use immediately in sport, school, and everyday life
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your thinking patterns and a set of mental skills you can apply right away.
