From Mission to Impact: Clarity and Momentum for Your Venture

Building a venture is not just about having a good idea. It is about clarity, alignment, and the ability to move forward when things feel stuck.

In this session, you will work with the Mission-to-Impact Canvas, a simple framework that helps you map your mission, activities, resources, and impact in one place. The goal is to identify where you are blocked, what is unclear, and what needs to shift.

Through a structured case example and guided reflection, you will apply the framework to your own venture and gain concrete insights you can use immediately.

This is not a lecture. It is a focused thinking space for founders who want to move from intention to action.

The workshop is free of charge. Participants will be asked to provide short feedback.

The workshop will be led by Meta Pezdir. Meta is the founder and executive director of Lilalab Think Tank, a Slovenia-based institute focused on quality of life in the digital era and mission-driven entrepreneurship. Her work explores how individuals and organizations move from purpose to tangible impact.

She operates at the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, and human development, combining strategic tools such as business model design with approaches from expressive arts therapy. Through this integration, she supports founders, teams, and changemakers in gaining clarity, making decisions, and moving through internal and structural blocks that affect their work.

Meta holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Amsterdam and has professional experience in consulting, including work at Deloitte and Cedars. She has led and contributed to multiple EU-funded projects and collaborates with international networks such as Impact Hub and Global Shapers.

Her current focus is the development of the Mission-to-Impact framework, which helps entrepreneurs align mission, activities, resources, and impact in a structured way.

Across her work, she is driven by one central question: how can we better support people to turn meaningful ideas into sustainable, real-world impact.
