About This Event The Health and Social Care Professions therapy team in St James’s Hospital (SCOPe HSCP) is delighted to announce this upcoming event. This conference will bring together speakers from across Ireland, focusing on innovative HSCP developments in adult and paediatric services.

This in-person conference is open to all health care professionals, academic colleagues, senior leaders and policy makers.

Keynote:

• Ms. Jackie Reed, National HSCP Lead, HSE
• Ms. Fiona Keogan, Director Lean Transformation Office, SJH

It is intended that the conference will:

• Demonstrate the value and impact of HSCP-led healthcare solutions
• Inspire and inform health care professionals and policy makers on HSCP innovations leading to better outcomes
• Influence scale up and spread of innovative, evidence-based pathways
• Create an opportunity to share knowledge, promote collective dialogue and to network with peers
• Engage HSCP at all levels in clinical redesign and innovation

*As this conference is being hosted by the SCOPe HSCP Directorate in St James's Hospital, oral and poster presentations will focus only on the disciplines of Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Social Work (SW), Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics (CND), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physiotherapy (PT).
