A guided experiential workshop with breath, awareness & sound
Learn an awareness practice and the first 3 Energy Codes® breathing techniques to support release, balance and reconnection ~ then experience it through sound.
In a world that often asks us to keep moving and carrying more, we may begin holding stress, emotions and tension within the body without realising it.
This experience offers a space to slow down, soften and reconnect.
Through mindful awareness, The Energy Codes® breathing practices and sound, we gently explore what may no longer need to be carried and create space for release, restoration and greater ease.
Supporting the body in returning to balance and inner connection.
During this experience you will learn:
🌿 A simple awareness practice to reconnect with the body and become more aware of emotional, mental and physical patterns we may unconsciously hold
🌿 The first 3 Energy Codes® breathing practices inspired by Dr. Sue Morter to support grounding, embodiment, release and balance
🌿 Gentle body awareness practices that support settling, softening and reconnecting
🌿 A guided sound and awareness experience for rest, integration and inner connection
🌿 Simple practices to continue beyond the workshop
