This 4-course Regional Mexican pairing dinner, curated by Guest Chef Edwin Peña, celebrates the bold, vibrant flavors of Oaxaca, Jalisco, and Michoacán — brought to life through thoughtful technique and authentic ingredients.

Just days before this event, Roxana and Raul will return from an exclusive visit to Hacienda Patrón in the Highlands of Jalisco, where tequila is crafted using time-honored methods and deep cultural tradition.

That experience will shape the evening — from the flavors on the plate to the pairings in your glass.

Each course will be paired with handcrafted selections from the Bacardi portfolio, including tequila and mezcal expressions, curated to highlight the true character of agave.
