From Grapes to Wine

Join us for a fun, educational, and hands on experience as we delve into the world of winemaking. Get ready to learn about the grape varieties, the fermentation process, and the art of aging wine.

Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply curious about the process, this event is perfect for anyone who wants a more hands on experience with what we do in the winery. The initial phase of harvest and fermentation will be explained and experienced using all of your senses.

This class is meant for anyone wanting to learn more about wine and winemaking.

Dress in old clothes, you will be expected to participate in “punchdown”. This is the stirring of the grapes that are fermenting. You might end up with grape stains on your clothes. Wear comfortable shoes as this class will be in the winemaking area and there will be much standing, smelling, and tasting. We will demonstrate equipment and invite you to use the hydrometer, refractometer, and punchdown tool.

One glass of wine is included with the ticket. No food will be served, please eat before coming. Must be 21 or older to purchase a ticket.
