Fort Lee Music Hall | Fort Lee, NJ
About this Event
This piano workshop introduces a practical, mind-centered approach to practicing that helps students at any level work more efficiently and with greater clarity.• Why practice often feels harder than it needs to be
• How small changes in awareness can transform sound and ease at the piano
• A “before and after” approach to practicing that can be applied immediately
Instead of relying on repetition or effort alone, you’ll learn how to think at the piano—how to listen, solve problems, and build effective practice habits that actually lead to progress.
This session is especially helpful for students who feel tense, stuck, or unsure how to practice, as well as for teachers, adult learners, and parents who want a clearer understanding of effective learning at the piano.
You’ll gain:
- Clear, practical practice strategies for any level
- Tools to reduce tension and improve focus
- A new way to approach technique and musical problem-solving
- A better understanding of how to practice independently
Who it’s for:
Early intermediate to advanced piano students, adult learners, teachers, and parents.
Piano teachers are warmly invited to attend as guests (complimentary with advance registration)
