I am Vahab Hasiri, founder of Consilium Dynamics, a business operations advisory and leadership coaching practice.
I spent years as a COO and helped grow a business from five million to nineteen million in revenue. For a long time, I was the one everything ran through, in every decision, working far too many hours. I had to learn the hard way how to stop being the fixer and start being the leader.
I founded Consilium Dynamics to help newly promoted leaders and founders make that same shift, so they can lead at the level their role needs without doing everything themselves. I wrote the book The Rubicon Leader, and this workshop is built on the same approach.
